We come prepared with backup equipment for every single event — no exceptions. Technical issues are extremely rare but we never show up without a contingency plan. Our job is to make sure your guests never know there was a problem.

Yes — every client gets a pre-event consultation where we go over your timeline, playlist, announcements, special moments, and any specific requests. By the time your event starts we already know your night inside and out.
